Our Founders
Founded by Åge Solheim and Max Gartner, Norwegian and Austrian now based in Canada, the Podium Collective was born from a lifelong connection to sport, mountains, and international travel.
With backgrounds deeply rooted in the ski world as both athlete and coach, the two spent years building grassroots relationships across alpine communities, sporting events, mountain towns, and luxury hospitality destinations around the globe.
